Last night we went to a party celebrating the retirement of several of our old friends...old, as in, longtime. Certainly not old, as in, age!
Although it does give one pause when you consider that one of the gals who was a teenager back in our softball days is now 44 and has 3 kids of her own!
Although it does give one pause when you consider that one of the gals who was a teenager back in our softball days is now 44 and has 3 kids of her own! It was fun to visit with some of the people we hadn't seen in many, many years. Of course, we haven't changed a bit!!! :)
The party was a lively one stoked by our irrepressible bartender, LoJean.
Those Bloody Mary's were, quite possibly, the best ones I've ever had. I think horseradish was the key!
